FAQWhat is your privacy policy? At Poshpapers.net, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. Our site uses a 128 bit encrypted SSL to increase the security of our customer’s information. Our detailed privacy policy can be found at the link on the very bottom of each page. What type of payment do you accept? Payment is made through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to do this, although you will be given the option. Payments accepted through Paypal are Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and e-checks.
Can I buy the stationery blank? Yes, almost all products can be bought blank. The cost is anywhere from 10-50% less than the listed prices and depends on how much you buy and the manufacturer. Please contact us directly at christine@poshpapers.net to get pricing. Can I get a proof? Each vendor has a different charge for proofs and they will be indicated as you are buying the product. A couple of companies do offer free proofs. Labels, luggage tags and stickers are not proofed. Please note that the production time begins when you approve the proof. When will I receive my order? Most products are typeset and printed at the manufacturers' facilities and shipped directly to you. Products ordered together may arrive separately. Each vendor has a different production time. Check the ordering information page for details. What about mistakes? Errors made by the customer that need to be re-printed, will be processed immediately and priced at 60% of the original cost. Shipping charges will be billed according to the shipping and handling schedule. Types of errors made by the customer include a misspelled word or the wrong selection from one of the options such as font color. I do my very best to try and catch any errors for you. I will often confirm the spelling of a name just to double check. You must notify Posh Papers within 24 hours of receiving your order to take advantage of any reprints. What if I have more questions? Where do you shipand what is the cost We'll tell you where we don't ship.... outside of the United States and P.O. boxes. Shipping costs are $8 for purchase through $100, $101-$200 is $9, $201-$499 is $10 and $500 is free. What about returns? Because stationary is personalized, items can not be returned. Orders are not subject to cancellation. Do I have to pay sales tax? As required by law, we collect sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in the state of Missouri. That rate is 7.741%
